To receive a custom quote, please provide:
The type of notarization (in-person, online, real estate signing, apostille, etc.)
Location of appointment (travel miles)
Number of stamps/documents or signers required
Time and date of appointment (if outside standard hours)
Once I have that info, I can confirm any applicable travel or special fees and send you the total before scheduling.
We accept both cash and credit/debit cards for your convenience. Payment is typically due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
To keep every appointment smooth and on schedule, I kindly ask that all signers and witnesses are prepared at the confirmed start time. If an appointment extends more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled timeframe for in-person services, a Notary Time rate of $40 per hour will apply. This policy ensures fairness, transparency, and respect for both your time and other scheduled clients.
Yes. While we maintain standard pricing, variables like travel distance, number of signers, after-hours scheduling, holidays, or multi-document signings may affect the total cost. We’ll always provide a clear estimate before you commit.
No problem—just reach out. I’ll walk you through your signing type, explain applicable fees, and help you determine whether in-person, mobile, online, or apostille services fit your needs. Transparency and trust are my priority.
