Why do you charge a reschedule fee?
Each appointment requires dedicated time to be reserved on my calendar. When changes occur close to the appointment time, it prevents me from filling that same time block with a confirmed client, which directly impacts both scheduling efficiency and overall business operations. Therefore, a $15 rescheduling fee will now apply to any appointment that is rescheduled within 2 hours of the scheduled time.
