Will you officiate at beaches, parks, or private homes?
Absolutely. You choose the location — beach, park, venue, or home. Travel fees may apply for distances beyond included miles; park permits may be required.
Are you legally authorized to officiate weddings?
Yes — B. Elise is both an ordained minister and a Florida commissioned notary public authorized to solemnize marriages
How do we pay for services?
Payments are accepted by cash or card. • 50% deposit due at booking • Remaining balance due by ceremony day Make payment & finalize booking online or via invoice.
Do you offer Unity or Sound Equipment add-ons?
• Unity Ceremony — $50 (Custom script; client provides materials) • Sound Equipment — $25 (Microphone + speaker setup) You can add these options when booking
Are holiday ceremonies available?
Yes — holiday add-on is $100 (not available Christmas Day).
What areas do you travel to?
Included travel: • Elopement: 5 miles • Wedding / Vow Renewal: 20 miles Additional mileage incurs a travel fee. Out-of-state travel incurs travel and accommodation fees.
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes — a 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is made.
Is weekend pricing different from weekday pricing?
Yes. Weekend (Sat–Sun) ceremonies add $50 to any package. Weekday (Mon–Fri) pricing has no additional fee.
What if we need major changes to the script?
Major script rewrites — such as thematic changes, restructuring, or large additions — may incur an extended revision fee of $100–$150, depending on complexity. You will always receive a quote before any major rewrite begins.
Can we request additional script revisions?
Yes. If you would like more than one round of edits, additional revisions may be requested at $50 per revision. This ensures you can fine-tune the ceremony wording while keeping preparation time organized and fair for both parties.
Do you officiate Vow Renewals?
Yes — starting at $160, includes: • Virtual consult • Custom renewal script • Up to 1 hour officiant time • Keepsake certificate • Travel up to 20 miles
